HELP SHAPE THE VISION FOR THEFUTURE OF THE NORTHCENTERBUSINESS DISTRICT!

Did you know that a process is underway to shape future nvestments in the Northcenter Business District? Whatwill our neighborhood and business district look like in five years? Ten years?

The Northcenter Chamber, 47th Ward, Northcenter Neighborhood Association and PLACE Consulting are seeking community input on how you currently experience the neighborhood and we want to know your ideas for future neighborhood density, zoning, branding and aesthetics, retail mix and more. Your ideas and feedback on these important issues will help shape recommendations to guide local government and institutions when making decisions in the years to come.

Project Goals:

Assess the development needs of the Northcenter Business District;

Establish a community vision for the Northcenter Business District through an extensive and robust public engagement process;

Develop recommendations to help guide future development.
