Electronic Giving
Electronic donations save our parish time and money, and your recurring gift ensures your ongoing support of our mission even when you’re not able to attend in person.

Recurring gifts can be changed, paused or cancelled at any time
You can support St. Ben’s electronically through GiveCentral.org. Make a one-time gift, or create a profile and schedule recurring gifts to church, school and ministry programs. All major credit/debit cards and electronic (ACH) bank withdrawals are accepted. We’re grateful if you choose to donate the small processing fee associated with electronic payments but it’s not required. An email acknowledgment is sent for every transaction and they’re saved to your GiveCentral history.

Reduce Your Taxes While Increasing Your Impact
If you are 70 ½ years of age or older and have a traditional individual retirement account (IRA), you can make an immediate impact at St. Benedict through an IRA Charitable Rollover Gift. While there have been recent changes to the tax laws regarding traditional IRAs, owners of these accounts still have the opportunity to make qualified charitable distributions of up to $100,000 in the calendar year.
An IRA Charitable Rollover allows you to make a gift directly from your IRA to St. Benedict that satisfies part or all of your annual RMD from your IRA, and excludes part or all of that distribution from your Federal taxable gross income. It’s a win-win!
Making Your Gift is Easy
• Contact your IRA Custodian and request a distribution to be a charitable rollover to St. Benedict Parish & Schools, a 501(c)(3) qualified charitable organization (EIN 36-2170949.)
• To ensure that we can promptly and accurately credit your gift, ask them to include your name, address and how you would like the gift allocated in the transfer.Distributions can be mailed to:

A gift of long-term appreciated securities may provide you with greater tax advantages than a gift of cash. You may deduct the current fair market value as a charitable gift and avoid any capital gains tax on the appreciation.

St. Benedict Parish has partnered with Silent Donor to allow you to make a fully anonymous donation in support of our organization.
Silent Donor is the largest anonymous donation platform in the US. Their system allows donors to send fully anonymous, tax-deductible donations to qualified charitable organizations. Access their private donation platform here and just write in St. Benedict Parish & Schools to receive your donation.
You can also specify if there is a particular St. Ben’s program or initiative you'd like to support on their donation form (ie. school scholarships, religious education, music or youth ministry, athletics, etc). Donate anonymously via card, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency. More information on how Silent Donor works is available here.
Please note: After your donation is made, you will automatically receive a tax-deductible receipt directly from Silent Donor. St. Benedict Parish is unable to issue tax receipts or letters for donations made through Silent Donor.
St. Benedict Parish and Preparatory School is a qualified 501(c)(3) under IRS group exemption number 0928 and exempt from filing IRS Form 990.
