The Examen is a method of reviewing your day in the presence of God. It treats every moment of your day as a blessed time when God can appear. It’s a way to find God in all things.  The examen is a tool we can use to find God in our lives, discover what needs to be done, reflect on our actions and motives and to make good choices.
