Announcement Regarding Live-Streamed Services
Dear Parishioners & Friends,
First, thank you for your patience with our live-streamed services over the past several days. We have been trying tirelessly to figure out why we've had issues with our broadcasts, and our tech team has been working diligently to identify the problem. After several hours of testing and re-testing, we have made the decision to change to a different streaming platform that is both more reliable and compatible with our current set-up.
As of June 3rd, we have switched our live-streaming services from Facebook to Youtube. Because Facebook is not exclusively designed for live-streaming, we have encountered multiple compatibility issues, many of which were worsened by the switch to the "New Facebook" earlier this year. We hope that by switching to a new and more streamlined platform, our broadcasts will be more consistent and reliable. Once again, thank you for your patience during these extraordinary times.
Though we will no longer broadcast "live" on Facebook, all videos will still be uploaded after the initial broadcast concludes on Youtube (usually within the hour). For those that watch on the parish website, your experience will remain virtually unchanged.
To watch future Masses live, please subscribe to us on Youtube, or simply tune in on the parish website. Below is a link to our youtube channel:
