It’s a New Year and a chance to make a change.

Typically, people like to make New Year’s Resolutions at the beginning of the calendar year. Can I suggest something we might want to try for our spiritual growth?

One of the presenters from Ascension Presents is a priest by the name of Fr. Mike Schmitz. He is a popular presenter and this year he has started a podcast to read the Bible in a year. The whole Bible is broken down over 365 days, and he will be giving some commentary, reflection, and prayer along the way.

The podcast lasts less than 30 minutes each day and it's FREE.

This can be an interesting thing to share together as a couple or as a family. After listening to the podcast, you can spend a little time talking about what you heard. It is a great way to talk about our faith with each other and possibly support each other in a resolution to read the entire Bible in a year.
